what are optimal temps for deflasked phal seedlings?

Thank you Ray. That's what I thought too but wanted the experienced person's opinion. So, 30C wouldn't harm them. Great!

Re humidity: I had some advice from a real life expert that keeping the humidity high at first is very important. My trays seem to give 100% humidity, so I've been leaving the top off for some time and gradually increasing that: they are now doing all evening going down into the 60's. If yours have been out for a while I guess there's no problem, but I think I'd be cautious about extra heat if you can't maintain humidity with it?

Mine are over 4 months out of flask, but I still am trying to provide them with more humid conditions than ambient in the room.

I've read somewhere before that a person can greatly accelerate the growth of their Phal seedlings if they keep them at constantly high temperatures (around 30*C-32*C during the day and 28*C at night), high humidity (75%-80%), and long day light hours (16 hour days by using plant lights). Since there is little seasonal variance in those kind of conditions, the plants should be at optimal growing rates, thus shortening the time it takes to bloom them. Once the seedlings in such a set up are a decent size to bloom, I would take them out and have them in a environment that has more of a seasonal swing, which would initiate blooming when the season is right.

Great! So I only don't have the plant lights.
If I will keep the desk lamp ( you can see it on the picture in the previous post) turned on for 16 hours a day - will it help? It has white light coming out.

It may help a bit, but the most important factor in keeping the seedlings growing is consistently high temperatures.
