Hi, I'm Gail an outdoor gardener beginning with moth orchids.
My three year old phaleanopsis seems to
be sending out 2 blossom stems from 2
different places. Is this possible? Should
I keep both?
Hi Gail, yes this is perfectly fine, I've seen plants that have had 4 spikes at one time, hopefully this means your plant is happy. I would just enjoy it! And please post pictures when it's in bloom.
What!!? You only got two flower stems (spikes)!!? Sheesh!!! (just kidding). Well stick around here and we'll show you how to get 4. Glad your plant is doing well. We expect pictures. Lots of pictures. Now go out to Home Cheapo and Trader Joes and get some more orchids.
