Wow~ 6 years!
My rule is one year. but then I have some paphs that took two years to rebloom, so now I keep certain things for two years before I make a final decision. lol
They need as much sun as possible to bloom well.
Brassavola hybrids that I have seen, that are big sized plants with massive bloom, were all getting full sun all day outside in Hawaii.
I have one BC, which gets about half day sun. The flowering is never as good as when I first bought it.
The growers always tell me they need full sun all day to flower well, and I just can't provide that.
