Your plants dont look like they need more light to me they look dehydrated. There are a couple of things you should do, first you should repot it into a clear pot with new potting matter (if you do not have potting matter a good place to get some is repotme.com)

When you go to repot it you will want to have a sterilized single-edged razer so you can cut the bad roots off. Then just repot it in a new pot.

I did not see any thing wrong with your paph but you could repot that one to and look at the roots if they look dehydrated then do the same thing you do with the phal.

Good luck

I think you need to unpot the Phal and see what's going on. As everyone mentions, it looks very dehydrated, but I wonder if this is because of damaged roots and not because the medium is not getting/staying wet enough. The roots that are to be seen on the surface don't look like they're in great shape; if the roots below look similar, the dehydration could be the product of root damage and not your watering schedule. Why don't you unpot it and post a few photos, so that members can weigh in on root health. Good luck.

The Paph looks like it's properly hydrated.

Just as everyone else had mentioned, the Phal is the one that's dehydrated.

Be careful not to overwater your Paph. Many Paphs don't grow an abundant amount of roots very fast.

I would check the roots on your Paph just in case.

Thanks everyone! I'll put it back in it's clear pot and see if it doesn't start looking better.

I'll post again in a few days.
