Blinds for Gongora and Related Genera?

Hello everyone!

Are blinds suitable for Gongoras, Stanhopeas, Coryanthes etc.? Also, will direct morning sun burn the leaves?

Direct morning sun should be fine, but they can burn if they're not acclimated to the sun. Blinds should work well too. Some Stans like more sun than others. Wide leaved species seem to prefer darker conditions while narrow leaved Stans do well in medium Cattleya sun.
