Dendrochillum pangasinanense flower spikes?
I think the twisty curly topped new spikes might be flower spikes... and the spike to the extreme left is a new leaf?
Assuming I'm correct... I'm happy as ... and just had to share this fabulous news with someone immediately!
Secret ingredient... Worm tea....
