I agree that the spiky looking ones are some sort of cymbidiums.
With your description of where they were placed, they should be fine.
A few of those phals are what you brought home the first day without being exposed to cold night, right?
Phals do not survive temperature that low and just collapse very quickly.

Anyways, with good care, some of them will flower sooner or later and it will be easier to tell what they are then.
