masd. veitachiana x mendozea won't bloom

hi. i bought this in may of 2011 and it had a bloom at the time but has not bloomed since. i give it a little bloom booster every other watering but so far nothing. i wonder if the pot i replanted in is too large? it continually grows new leaves but no flowers. i'm also unsure as to how much sun it should get. it gets indirect light all day, never any direct sun.

Do I see some accordion-ed leaves in the photo? if yes, it is not getting enough water. Note that I am not a Masdevallia expert! Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in.

there are carrie, i never thought that i might be underwatering it. seemed healthy because it continues to grow new leaves. thank you
