Thanks Silken, I have been misting the bark and checking how moist it is. So you think I should cut down the flower stems that have wilted? How far should I cut them? All the way down to the base?

If the plant is struggling cut it down close to the bark. Maybe 1/2 to 1 inch. If the plant had good roots and is doing OK, you can cut the stem just above a node maybe 5 or 6 inches up and sometimes it will send out another spike from there and bloom again. Some hybrids do this more readily than others and I would never make a struggling Phal try and bloom right away.

Oh, and I would consider misting the leaves early in the day on any that don't have many roots. Again you will hear people say never to mist leaves. I don't on a healthy plant but if it has no roots to take water, it has to get it from somewhere.
