Confused please help

I have this Dendonium nobile NOiD and I would like to know what to do next as you see it has done flowering and is growing a new plant also there is a stub that was with the plant when I bought it.
Do I remove the new plant? do I cut the old flowered stem off? what do I do about the stub.
I am a complete beginner who found this wonderful site by chance and have enjoyed looking through some of the forums in time I will read them all.
