Default New flowers withering fast

I recently had my first 3 phal blooms of the year! But the flowers withered within q month!! Any ideas?

Some of them don't last as long as others too. I have often read that an orchid in bloom needs a little more water than normal and no or little fertilizer.

I know that some last less than others. But the white ones which to my knowledge last the longest withered at the same rate as the others. The problem was that while the temp dropped below 20 Celsius then it shifted to over 30 for a week. Could that be a reason? Because it was a shame since they were beautiful.

Yes, I think 30 celcius , especially if there was some bright sun that they were in would speed up their end. I bring mine into the house and then they last longer than they would in a summer greenhouse.

Good luck next year or sooner! Or could you cut the spike part way down and see if it will re-bloom from the same one??
