I'd look along the line of Miltonia William Kirch…

(if it's not, it's a Miltonia anyway, a current monogenus hybrid)

Thank you for all of the input. I do need to change their media-too much leaf pleating. I have been growing them in an oncidium mix. I am thinking of adding some sphagnum to the mix. Should I wait until spring or after flowering? My gut says spring.
