Might be burn, but I'm not sure. These usually like a good deal of light, but can burn if they are used to it. I would avoid spraying flowers at all. Hopefully others will be able to help more.
You either have a fungal or bacterial infestation.
Your picture #4 is showing rot from the bottom going upwards.
The five upper leaf layer is not yet affected and you can save them if you spray with Physan 20 and Phyton alternating weekly; rest for a couple of weeks then repeat....
stop the fertilizer.
the flowers usually last for 4 weeks with fragrance in the morning....but these flowers are all withering ....
this is not a direct sunlight kinda Vandacious Orchid....you need to put this under a shade if outdoors....

It is a Asocenda. Flowers are all withering. Is Asocenda not a direct sunlight breed?
If the bottom leaves are rotting, shall I cut them off?
Close look of the leaves and the bottom roots (inside basket)
The pictures of leaves I uploaded earlier may not clear enough. I re-attached 2 pictures of it again.
Also, I found the begining of the roots' colour are mostly all brown colour... not sure if there is any chance to save my Asocenda? please look at picture #1, roots inside the basket....
