Default Dendrobiums pseudobulbs laying kinda low.

I know I’m very new to the forum and a dummy, but may I please ask a question about theses Dendrobiums.
On both of my plants there is a p.bulb that is growing long laterally, parallel to the north facing wall. Also on both outstretched arms are spikes, one in full bloom.
My question is would the thing to do to be to wait until the bloom dies off and the try to straighten in a repotting? And did I cause this one-sided growth by improperly cutting off the older blooms? I left them about an inch long. I just don’t understand why one pb would just run off like that.
I kind of have a hands off policy with them because I’ve killed so many and I guess I should have given that side more support.. They bloom regularly with no problems.
Any advice on what to do with them would be greatly appreciated.
