sunburn turned into erwinia..my suggestion is toss it out before it you spread it to everything else you have. erwinia is evil and attacks distressed plants such as this one. then next you are going to start seeing orchid pests as this is a feast for all things horrible to an orchid.
treat your herd with some physan or daconil. I rotate them on a quarterly basis. phals dont like to be cold and wet at all. 60 is too cool for a phal with wet roots. dry phal might be okey for short periods but they really dont like it. good luck on the next one
