Blc. Yen Corona & partial bloom failure
My Yen Corona Green Genie is a youngish plant, but had bloomed at least once before I got it. In late July, it started a spike and produced 4 fat healthy looking buds. The buds finally started opening, and all four looked great. Two of them, though, made it about 2/3 of the way open and started closing again, turned yellow, and gave out. I have two beautiful blooms, so no complaints, but anybody know what happened? All four buds experienced the same growing and blooming conditions. I'm mystified by what caused two of them to die, especially when they looked perfect when they were developing and even when opening.
