Den. Apichart Rainbow leaves are silvery Female
Default Den. Apichart Rainbow leaves are silvery

I've looked at every inch of this plant with a magnifying glass and don't see any evidence of pests or webs. The plant only has 3 leaves (all are silvered like the one pictured) I was trying to nurse it along, but not sure it's worth it if what's causing the silvering is something the other 'chids could be affected by. I did move it into considerably brighter light without much adjustment time and I've underwatered it. Are those possible explanations, or am I looking at something more sinister?

are the mites big enough to see? if so, what do they look like? It's strange if it's insects--the silvering is very uniform covering all of each leaf front and back. no part of the leaf untouched. I'm going to trash the Den. but I'm concerned about my other plants now. what should I look for? And how do I treat if I find something?
