New bloom.....
Getting home after a miserable midnight shift, what should I spy upon going into the GH? Yeeehaaaawww!!!
Pot. Rubescence X Pot. Gold Circle. I've been waiting for this to bloom and when the bud got really big........yes. It just stopped growing and has been that way for a month. Just teasing me. Hope you like it.
PS- a couple more just to show what is flowering right now. (he puffs out his chest). BLC Copper Queen ( I have 10 of them), a white NOID phal (the one I had wired to get a different presentation), and the catt is still in full bloom and smells to high heaven. (I looked around for my grandmother (thought she might be standing visiting me there from the other side).
PSS- here is a pic at the end of the day when it fully opened. And ther entire plant.

Very beautiful! Yes, I would be thrilled to be greated by such, too!
I love watching my seedlings grow to maturity but at times like this, I do wish they would grow a little faster!

Nice indeed! I love the big whitey. Also love the grandmother comment. My grandparents are still on this side, but they are many many hours away. So they don't get to see what their gardening genes have produced all the way down in South Florida.
