Question Can it be a spike on my neo?

There is something coming out above the lowest leaf on the left on my Neofinetia.
Can it be a spike or is it another new fan?
Thanks.

I believe it's a new fan, orchideya. I was hopeful like you when I saw this exact same thing on my Benisuzume, but alas a fan. But, fans are good, right?

Thank you Rangiku. I thought that plant was too small to bloom yet, but decided to ask just in case.
Of course new fan is good, I'll take it anytime.
The clumpier my neo is - the better.
