Vanda bloom issue/bud blast?

I was gone for a day and when I got back one of the buds on my Vasco. Viboon Velvet 'Perfection' is yellowed and crinkled. I've read about bud blast but never seen it. Is that what this is? I've attached two photos, it's hard to get a good one. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening to the other buds? It had just started spiking when I got this one a few weeks ago.

I grow this in glass vase culture. Its get watered 3 times a week and it gets sprayed/misted twice a day and fertilized weakly, weekly. It sits in a window and receives 2,000-3,000FC of light for about 7-8 hours a day.

Also, is there anything specific that causes this?
