How do you grow (and bloom) Laelia sincorana?

I've had one of these for a while (f. coerulea), and it's never bloomed for me. I'm starting to suspect, like many of my dendrobiums, that I over-water it in the winter. I had a quick trawl around online a few minutes ago, and several pages suggested it needs a "very dry" winter rest. Maybe that will do the trick and it's heading into southern hemisphere winter now...
