I have finally identified my orchid as an Odontocidium Tiger Crow 'Golden Girl'. I have never grown any chid except phals until now. My *see above long name* orchid has made another new pseudobulb, but otherwise doesn't look too happy right now. Does this orchid have any special needs?
I like to put these types in a mix that is made of large chunks (I use lava rock) and water by soaking for a few minutes until the root tips are green, then let the dry completely before watering again. It works well for me as my home is cooler in the winter and in the summer, the plants are outside and it can rain for days on end. Good luck!
