I've never seen roots like these on another of MY dens....or any of my orchids, for that matter.
I know there are those of you out there whose plants have very nice roots on a regular basis, so we would love to see pictures of them, as well. Right Vanda lover?

for four years you didnt fuss with that Dendrobium....maybe that is the secret: do not mess with the roots for 4 years just continue the culture and watering/fertilizer regimen....
this Dendrobium plant doesnt need winter rest so its logical that the roots being continously moistened and humidified plust a good fertilizer feeding regimen....you will have a spectacular root system
Dens do love to be root bound. It's much more difficult to over water them this way. That's the mistake I made with my first dens. I have one in s/h in lava rock right now that seems very happy.
