Default Vanda lover

I've never seen roots like these on another of MY dens....or any of my orchids, for that matter.

I know there are those of you out there whose plants have very nice roots on a regular basis, so we would love to see pictures of them, as well. Right Vanda lover?
Thanks for your reply,
Vicki

for four years you didnt fuss with that Dendrobium....maybe that is the secret: do not mess with the roots for 4 years just continue the culture and watering/fertilizer regimen....
this Dendrobium plant doesnt need winter rest so its logical that the roots being continously moistened and humidified plust a good fertilizer feeding regimen....you will have a spectacular root system

Dens do love to be root bound. It's much more difficult to over water them this way. That's the mistake I made with my first dens. I have one in s/h in lava rock right now that seems very happy.

Looking at these roots makes me happy! I should frame your photos, maybe make a collage or something, to cheer me up when I need it Great growing!
