Hi may i know if 6700k or 8000k is better for orchid growing? kindly advise. thank you.

Something in the neighborhood of 6500°K simulates the spectrum of full noontime sun plus the blue back-scatter from a clear sky. Going as high as 8000 shifts it too far into the blue end of the spectrum.
