Let them dry out. I wouldn't cut them just yet. The wilting is most likely from a change in the environment. Not a sign of trouble by itself. The biggest concern is the root system. Is this planted in spagnum moss? If so I would bet that is the trouble. Spagnum dries out on the outside and top but is rotting the roots inside the pot in the center of the rootball. I would repot as soon as possible. A standard orchid mix would be best. If you want, you can repot in moss. Just put in a layer of moss, then lightly place moss around the roots and just list the moss. At this time the best thing to do is keep the roots lightly misted but not wet. Let them dry out, then mist them.
