I need help!

I just bought this orchid saturday from a grocery store ( I know not the best place) I could not resist! I have attached pictures of the roots and drooping flowers. I am worried that I will loose it!

A change in environment can sometimes cause the blooms to wilt. Hard to tell on the root pic - they seem to look ok. What does the plant look like?

The leaves and stems are bright green. And the roots are green and brown. As compared to the white roots of my two others. My other bigger one has strong brown stems with strong yellow/pink blooms. The other big one that I am asking about blooms are still white just wilted/drooping.

Green isn't bad (might be green from recent watering; some get green when moist, or maybe algae. Brown isn't bad either if the roots are firm. The important thing is that the roots be plump and firm

The roots are grenade and brown. They look soggy. I was wondering if I should cut them to promote new growth?

Let them dry out. I wouldn't cut them just yet. The wilting is most likely from a change in the environment. Not a sign of trouble by itself. The biggest concern is the root system. Is this planted in spagnum moss? If so I would bet that is the trouble. Spagnum dries out on the outside and top but is rotting the roots inside the pot in the center of the rootball. I would repot as soon as possible. A standard orchid mix would be best. If you want, you can repot in moss. Just put in a layer of moss, then lightly place moss around the roots and just list the moss. At this time the best thing to do is keep the roots lightly misted but not wet. Let them dry out, then mist them.
