epidendrum x laelia x cattleya. Nice flowers with some having fragrance. Pot it a course bark mix with some sponge rock and charcol. If it is hot where you live, cut up some spagnum moss about one inch long and mix that in your bark mix. Water well and then when the basket feels light again, water well.
James is right you have an Epilaeliocattleya Bly 'Emy'. The other info on the tag was probably for the grower. Grow it like a Cattleya. Are you sure the tag doesn't read Epilaeliocattleya Mae Bly 'Emy'? I googled the name and only found Mae Bly 'Emy'.It's really cute! Eplc.Mae Bly 'Emy' | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

right...they forgot the Mae on the tag....the date on the tag is when it was last potted; meaning its been in that pot since that date and your variation is green(there must be other color variations of this plant)
*LV48 is a catalog number on the records of the grower
The clone Eplc. Mae Bly 'Emy' is only going to be one color because it is a specific clone. The flower is green with a purple lip so the word Green on the label might just be there for a reminder for the grower that it is a green colored Catt. Who really knows what that extra info means since every grower probably has their own way of keeping track of their plant stock.
