What kind of Orchid do I have?

I was giving an orchid as a gift, we were told it was a green orchid, but I can not find a picture that matches.
my orchid is a lime green color or a terquioes in color depending on the light. I can not upload the picture at this time, but will as soon as I can. any help will be great.

It is impossible to tell what you have without a more detailed description and probably not without a picture.

I have gone to several sites, and can not find my exact orchid. I can find ones that have the same pedal shape and the same leaf shape, but not togeather or in the same color

Sounds strange. A dyed orchid maybe?

Some Cymbidium hybrids show this lime green color,but you should post a picture.

Yes, I think a picture would be best. If you can't post pictures, at least try try to describe the leaves and plant growth habit. This is like trying to guess an animal only knowing that it is brown. : ) On the link I gave, did any of the orchids look close? On one side is the flower, on the other is the plant. Are any of the leaves similar?
