Try keeping the bag open then-not completely zipped .As I said,I never tried phals. Anything is worth a try.Sorry.

I have read of this method, and you really need patients because it takes a few years to flower. But what do you have to loose, it's free! I wish our Walmart would sell dendrobiums! They just have Phals and the odd Cymbidium.
