JUST ADD ICE ORCHIDS WITH DROOPY SPLIT LEAVES

so my boss got these just add ice orchids and put them in front of a window, its only been two weeks and the leaves are droopy and split down the middle or discoloured. i had a white phal in the same window and it did great, bloomed twice the two years i had it there, the roots rotted and i repotted it. but this one is doing aweful, what does this look like the symptoms of?
