My Bulbophyllum crassipes has a second leaf growing out of its new bulb. Has anyone ever seen or heard of this happening?

This plant usually have a small pseudo bulb with a single apical leaf, (rarely two)...so it really happens and dont be surprised.

Thank you Bub. I wasn't freaking out or anything. I just wanted to confirm that it does happen.
