Does my Phal have a virus?

this is kindof an update from my last thread. The spots are kindof scabbed over, which isnt bothering me, but what is bothering me is the dark green ring around them just a little background. this is the orchid that i have had since last june, and it recently (maby 2 months ago) took a fall off of its shelf and then i figured that would be a good time to repot it, so i did. These spots showed up, and at first were ever so slightly yellowish, and just lately scabbed over and now have that ring around them. Please give me your opinion i am very worried for my plant because i am attached to it (possibly more than any of my others) although i have a soft spot for my paph THank you for your information! IF it is a virus or infection what should i do?
