I used to know of one place that carried it. They don't currently have them up for sale, but they may still have them in stock. It would be interesting to see if the seller would ever have them posted up for sale again in the near future.
At the time I didn't dare purchase one, partially because one of the myths I believed in at the time was that Antelope Dens were difficult to maintain, which I now know is simply not true for the most part.
I have actually found many of them to be some of the sturdiest Dendrobiums to grow when grown right.
