Thank you Sonya, you are absolutely correct. Physan 20 would be best. Since Um brought up the topic I was just trying to think of immediate answer. Greenpassion is fortunate enough to already have some Physan. Sorry for any confusion all.

Thanks all. I was able to take the pbulb down at the rhizome and used cinnamon to 'seal' the cut. I do have Physan here, but failed to mention that I did in my OP. However, it's good to know that both will work for future reference. This was the first time I've had to deal with something like this, but am cautiously optomistic that everything will be fine with the plant going forward.
