Is this another basal keiki on this Phal?
This Phal has had a lot of problems since my mother bought it a year or so ago. She overwatered it when it was in dense sphag, so most of its roots died, and it dehydrated. So, the leaves are all very wrinkled for lack of water. I'm assuming as a last effort to reproduce, it put out two basal keikis. There are at least two of them, though the reasons it put them out are unknown to me. I've been tending to it whenever I've been at my parent's house, in hopes of bringing it back. I know it needs to be repotted, and the keiki's separated, but I don't have the pots to do that yet, unless I wanted to double up on pots. I'll hopefully be doing that sometime in the next two weeks while I've got access to this orchid and a good potting mix.
Anyway, with that information aside, I'm wondering what is showing up in that first picture (the closeup of the crown on the main plant). It looks like a leaf coming out of the side of the plant - could it be yet ANOTHER keiki? Or am I missing something? Its very early yet, I understand, but as Phal's grow slowly I don't know if it'll change much over the next two weeks I'll be around this plant.
The first picture is what I'm curious about. The second shows the original plant (right side, I think) and both the keikis. They're quite large, and big enough to be separated. Though, all three are unhealthy at the moment.
