atm I am bidding on two tanks, a little 3 gallon and a huge 50 gallon.
Just btw, how much of this board is US based? I realise you guys both use US measurements but should I be converting everything for future posts?
If I get the small one I will just stick with the 3 and pad them out with some more moss (spagnum is awesome!) to make it look more natural but if I get the big tank I'll have to get creative.
Put in some bigger orchids, bromeliads etc. I would like to have some CPs but they growing conditions make it impossible to grow in the same tank.
Back to the plants on hand though, what are some warning signs? Plants are perfectly happy right now but just in case. Looks like I won't have a tank till early next week, how often should I mist the leaves? This seems safer then watering, will it work? I have them right next to the computor so I can mist every 10 mins or so if nessesary.
This seems like a good way of keeping them inside

If I get the small tank I will use something like this:
USB Mini Cooling Fridge - Free Shipping - DealExtreme actually I will just use the peltier and hook it up to the wall with my handy 12v adaptor. That has got to be the best thing I have ever bodged, so useful.
Should be sufficient to knock the temp back a few degrees fairly easily without having to change the ice daily. Didn't realise the units were so cheap, only 3.95 on evilbay with free worldwide shipping
