right light for my Phals? Male

this is where i have my Phals , the one thing i have the noticed is that the leaves are bright green and i have read that it is a sign that they are not getting enough light .the phals are blooming but the buds that remained closed are not opening, i am watering every ten to twelve days or when i feel the moss dry.
please can some of you post pics or direct me to where to find the correct amount of light. the window faces NW and its either that or the S. thank you
