Masdevallia mishap continued...

Hi Everyone,

I posted on here about a month ago about my masdevallia orchid that keeps loosing its bloom spike. I wouldn't necessarily say it is bud blasting, but I am not sure.

This is the exact orchid I have: Masdevallia wageneriana var. pteroglossa -

This orchid keeps getting new leaves and they have bloom spikes and a bloom, but then they die. I don't know how to fix it.

I have attached pictures of my orchid. It just lost the bloom stem. I checked it last night and it looked healthy, today the bloom is shrivelled...HELP!
