Well i think i made a mistake... It has enough roots bound on the normal plastic pot much smaller than this ceramic pot with loads of healthy roots but it got too heavy on top and kept on tipping, so i went and get something bigger and heavier lol.

Ended up bigger forgetting the fact that if i pot it in a bigger bigger pot, The phal would spend it's time growing instead of putting out spike. I think I am patience enough. Just am glad to know that it's still growing rather than dying. (Alway checking on it's root growing between the leaf...)

the pot is not too big...its just right for growing into a couple of years worth...
the rest of your plants do not need repot
keep up the good work...I hope your orchids increase in numbers...whatever youre doing...is making your plants happy

Haha i am trying to increase my numbers lol. I am alway tempting to get one on my way back from School or if something caught my eyes. I just got 1 on Saturday when i was in the city center lol. But i am running out of space lol. I will need to clean my room to see if i got more space :P

Question, I have been reading up on Phal and some website suggest used teabags too. I am wondering why used Teabags good for Phalaenopsis...

No not tea bags in general but the content in it. Apparently it's high on Nitrogen...

instead of fertilizer:
Used tea bags, which are high in nitrogen, are especially good for orchids. Compared to commercial fertilizers, tea bags contain organic matter that is nontoxic and does not smell bad. To use the tea bag, open it and empty the contents into the orchid pot. Apply tea once monthly in the spring and summer months or the growing period of the plant.
In the cold months stop the nitrogen boost if you want the plant to spike. Bloom aid products use lesser nitrogen to induce flowers.

Thanks Bud, could you explain to me how do i apply it to my phal. Is it safe to just put the content into the pot?

get one used tea bag and tear it open, sprinkle the contents around the media in the pot...this is if you do not have any bottled or powdered fertilizer...
do this once a month
see how your plant grows...another choice: buy the fertilizer

Cool, i think i will actually give it a go. I have limited resources buying Fertilizer and I am not good and telling how much i should give. I drink loads of tea and use to just did that to my mini garden when i was in Spain but totally forgot about it. LOL
