Question phal with aerial leaves and roots

I was given a blooming phal about 9 months ago. It bloomed for about 3 months. There were 3 stems on the plant, one of which I trimmed. Of the other 2, 1 is reblooming and has several buds. The other which is about 7" above the main leaves and roots has developed 2 set of leaves one above the other and each has started having aerial roots with each set. Is this something that as they continue to grow I can separate and start new orchids in a new pot?

You have what is called keikis. They are baby plants that are genetically identical to the mother plant. They need to have at least 3 inches of total root before you separate them from the stem (spike). 1 3" root, 3 1" roots, etc. Congrats on what sounds like a very healthy plant.
