How long DO Phal blooms last?
I know the time varies somewhat, but that they do last for weeks at least. The thing is, one of my NoID's older flowers have started to wilt, which I have been expecting considering it has had them for almost three months soon. On my P. Wiganiae, the blooms are still there after more than two months and on another of my NoID:s (an equestris hybrid of some sort) the blooms show no sign of wilting after closer to three months.
I know that the flowers last longer if the temperatures are a bit lower (which they are in my kitchen), but three months? I've been expecting both the P. Wiganiae and my NoID to start loosing their oldest flowers, but they don't seem very inclined to do so.
So, how long can they last? Anyone have any record of some sort that they want to share?
