Default Sad day for seeds

A sad day for my seed experiments .This March we went away on vacation, and left the house in the capable care of the housitter. One of my Phals was "in pod" and developing nicely....maybe a little too nicely. While we were away, the housitter ,with all the best intentions in the world, figured that the plants...and the many jars of developing Dendrobium seeds...needed a little more sunshine......theyre plants right?????
Unfortunately, the seed jars baked...so much for those...and the Phal capsule ripened at an excellerated rate...to the point where it exploded...leaving this fine golden powder all over the table
and the counter
and the other plants
and the floor
