I was wondering about that too, but as I cannot be too sure, I preferred isolating at first sight.

That is good to do as well! I think they got frozen in transit!
My Phal cornu cervi 'Red' grows in a mixture of sphagnum and perlite and is doing really well after I let it dry out in between watering under bright light with temperatures days: 25C and nights: 20C. Humidity is about 70% with a gentle breeze inside my enclosure! It is growing roots that are thick and new leaf as well. I got it 5 months ago and it came from Ten Shin Gardens at the Fraser Valley Orchid show.
My other corni cervi is putting out 2 flower spikes and I got it 1.5 years ago!

Mine came from Orchis and I really think their handling was left to itself... anyway! Phal. cornu-cervi red is absolutely gorgeous and I hope mine survives! I hope it will be as good as your is!

Was the orchid shipped to you?
If it was shipped to you, was it shipped in a box with some heat packs? Was it sent to you during a snowy day? Was it left outside your house for hours?
I have shipped intermediate to warm growing Vandaeceous orchids to people during the winter to places that snow before, but there are special precautions to take to insure proper and safe arrival.
Can you also clarify whether or not you purchased this plant while attending a show in person.
If purchased in person at a show, was there a period of time where you left the plant unattended in your car while it was cold out and for how long?
While the symptoms the Phal cornu-cervi are displaying may possibly be from prolonged exposure to the cold, I don't believe it is.
Severe cold damage does not look like that. If it had been frozen through, (exposed to temperatures 32 F and below), the leaves would be dark green, blotchy, limp, and watery looking. There would be clear signs of cellular damage.
Cold damage from prolonged exposure to temperatures that are around the mid 30's F through mid 50's F will tend to produce the symptoms displayed by your plant.
By prolonged I mean about 2 - 3 days.
The majority of the times, Phals that look like this are showing signs of being over watered or are suffering from nutrient deficiencies, or both at the same time.

I would agree that it most likely got too cold.... I can see some cells on the leave that have collapse... Good indication that it got too cold....

I got it in person at the show. It was not left unattended by me at any point in time. But I do know she traveled by plane a few days before.
All I can say is that from all orchids in the same bag and box she's the only on showing symptoms...(trichoglottis philippinensis, Onc. Cocoa 'Cesar', Dtps. Anna-Larati Soekardi and phal. cornu-cervi)
Since her bath in physan she got just a tiny bit worse where as her symptoms exploded one day to the next suddenly about 5 days after purchase.
When she arrived I potted her in high quality sphag and near a window on the shelf. (North-East facing window; high but no direct light) She received a dose of SuperThrive and soaked for 15 minutes like the rest (Each their own private watering pot) as I was told they hadn't been watered since their leaving of China. Temperature in the house stays above 24 celcius which is 75 Fahrenheit.
That is all I know.

Would you be willing to unpot and take some pics of the roots?

Your conditions to grow it are fine! Give us a photo of the roots to see! The roots should be firm and greenish/white in colour.
The roots have green tips like the one I have!

I anticipate the leaves on your Phal cornu-cervi to drop anytime soon. When they do, don't panic, continue to grow it like it was a normal healthy Phal. With some luck, you'll be able to see growth from a basal keiki soon.
