Is it safe to water my Phaleonopsis Orchids with water filtered through my water softener?

Short answer is NO!
Here are a couple of threads that discus the issue(s) of using soften water.

Softened water

And BTW, welcome to the OB!

Welcome to OB!!

I think Judi said it all.
Softened water is not good for orchids, or for any plant at all. It will kill them.

Listen to the advice of the two. I suggest you invest in a large rainwater container from Home Depot, you connect it to the water drain from the side of the house and as for me I have just one conveniently outside my kitchen window...

If you have a tap with unsoftened water (outdoors, or somewhere in your home) you can use that, or collect rain water as Bud suggested, or if you have just the one, or only a very few orchids, bottled water. Please don't drink softened water yourself, nor give to any pets you may have.
