New starter or seedling

I bought 9 starter plants on ebay that ended up to be seedling. Only 2" tall each. 8 of which were in excellent health. They were advertised as being - or + years away from blooming. In realty what to you think. 3 or 4 years until blooming.

Depends on what they are.... most orchids will bloom 2-5 years out of flask.
