There aren't a large number but there are some and you can try Ebay for private sellers (I have bought many on there):

Ah it would vary depending on the species or hybrid. Ask the nursery to make sure. I don't think they all take 5 years but that might be an average.
What were you planning to get? There are over 1000 species with varying requirements. Some will flower sooner and some will take longer.

Well i want my vivarium will be in a daily environmental cycle consisted of a cool, dry period in the late night-early morning hours (23.89C (75F) 55% humidity), a gradual climb in temperature througout the day, and a peak temperature and humidity in the late afternoon-early evening (30C (86F) 100% humidity). The warm humid atmosphere would slowly taper off late at night until the beginning of the cycle the following day.
So any plants that suit those conditions.
No idea on what to get.

Are you looking for natives or exotics?
For natives, Wayne Turville, B&T and Fernacres usually have the more common species available. You'll need to contact them all directly - B&T and Fernacres don't have online ordering and not everything that is in stock at AON is listed on their website. Woolf and Kevin Western very occasionally have flasks available although they're probably a better source of the rarer species.
For exotics, two Discus mentioned usually carry them. Hills District, Dark Star, Cape Oasis and Orchid Productions (mostly PNG species) might also be worth contacting.

Ah ok, well I hope you will have a lot of air movement in that enclosed space as well. But sounds good. Most will grow in those conditions.
I like grandiflorum, echinolabium (spelling) and ambrosia or masdevalliacium. Hopefully I spelled them correctly as I didn't check before posting. There is the following link you can find almost all the bulbo's including their requirements at this link:
