Hi Louie! Welcome! I agree with all the others, in that you are experiencing bud blast. I'm also wondering about the light level. While phals like indirect light, I'm not sure if your phals are getting enough. Is it possible for you to push them a bit back away from the window, but then open the shade? This way they will get more indirect light, but not get burned.

wow thank you so much, i am looking for something around my way.
I have found another area in the house that i am thinking about moving all the orchids, it's upstairs and the sun doesn't hit as hard and the shades can be open all day because it's a empty bedroom, I'll take a pic tomorrow so you guys can advice me if it's a good move or bad.

Whether or not you're experiencing any kind of problems with Phals upon first purchasing them, I highly recommend pulling them out of the pot and thoroughly inspecting the roots. Root rot is a far deadlier problem than bud blast is.
Root rot may also indirectly lead to bud blast.
If you must know the common thread to what leads to bud blast, the answer is stress.
If the plant is under stress and it has to divert its energy resources to healing itself or combating the stress to regain equilibrium, the buds are usually the first to suffer. When an orchid starts to bloom, it puts a lot of energy into blooming. Blooming is not first priority for the plant, so it will almost always divert its energetic resources from blooming to heal or combat stress.
A plant's flowers are the plant's reproductive organs (aka plant genitalia).
