Default My first Paph.

This is my first Paph. I found this one at a Lowe's store a couple of weeks ago and it started to bloom a couple of days ago. I think she has a bit to go to fully open up. There are two different plants in the pot. The second spike has a while to go, it is solid burgendy so it looks to me it will be different than one blooming now.

Two for one, nice find! Wish I could find things like that at my Lowe's.

The registered name of that hybrid is Hsinying Alien. Nice find! It should be an easy grower.

Beautiful plant! I have 2 of those (also a 2 for 1 deal). They are easy to grow and bloom every year.

Am I right in thinking this would be seedling plants rather than clones so you'd get some variation? Rather than two different clones being put in the pot by mistake?

Very nice! I believe Paphs are generally grown from seed - there's an issue with cloning them I believe, tho I don't remember exactly what. So yes, it's most likely the same orchid, but color variation
