Question What does a new paph growth look like?

I have a 3 growth Pah. Magical Venus in bloom now that I bought in bud in January. There are what looks like 2 smaller leaves under the larger leaves on the growth. These have been there unchanged since I bought it.

Are these just leaves that didn't mature or are they the start of new growths?

If they are new growths, are they both growths or is just one a growth?

One more question: When do paphs start putting out multiple growths per season? After 3 growths, 4, 5, ect.

The first picture is of the plant. The other two are of the leaves/growths.

They just look like small leaves to me - new growths are a complete "fan" of leaves that usually starts off somewhere near the bottom, not a small leaf that's sticking out of the rest of an "old" fan. I think sometimes the first couple of leaves stay quite small, then those help the plant put energy into making the next set bigger and so on until the growth matures and flowers, after which that "fan" won't put out new growths from the top. When I think about my few paphs, they more or less all have that.

I think you have the beginnings of a new fan there. It'll keep growing and throw out it own roots in a while. That's the way mine do it.

I think those are just old bottom leaves that stayed small. New fan will start on the side of old one.
To compare here are pics of my plants that started new growths - wenshanense, emersonii and armeniacum:

Wow, the armeniacum has gorgeous coloring on the leaves! I love the purple undersides.
