Someone sent me an email about the health effects of cinnamon and honey, but the suggestion for the amount to take was 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tbs of honey twice a day in warm water. I found that just too much, so I just made sure I have some in my diet every day. I add it to cereal or toast .Now I'm glad that I didn't stick with that amount. It sounds like it could be dangerous in such a high dose.

You are welcome.I've read about the coumarin also, so I'm glad that I didn't stick to the suggested dose of 1 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tbs of honey twice a day. I just make sure that I have some in my diet daily on cereal or toast. It definitely works over time.
Mind you, I also cut way back on potatoes.
